How Will You Register In the Turkish Language Certificate Programme?

The Summer Term for the Turkish Language Certificate Programme consists of two levels as A1 and A2. Individuals from every age who would like to learn Turkish, the students from Erasmus, EW Erasmus programmes can participate A1 and A2 modules.

You can apply for the programme following the steps below.

• 1. Step: Taking the Proficiency Examination

  The Turkish Language Certificate Programme has been designed in a flexible way so that you can register in the level you like taking into consideration your available time, budget, and knowledge.      If you do not have any idea about your level of Turkish, you can learn it taking the Proficiency Examination and you can register in the appropriate level.
  The Proficiency Exam will help you to determine the level that you will start to learn Turkish. If you don’t feel certain about the result, you can determine your level by taking the exam more than once at any time.

  Please make sure to register in the level stated in the result record of the proficiency examination. Please bear in mind that participating in the upper or lower level will result in loss of time and money!

  If you haven’t received any instruction on Turkish language and if you would like to learn sufficient Turkish, you should start from the A1 level. You should not pass to the upper level without being successful at your current level (i.e., without receiving your certificate) in the Turkish Language Certificate Programme. If you fail, you must participate the same level again and you must continue the following level in the following term.

• 2. Step: Choosing the Language for the Application Process

  The registration period for the Turkish Language Certificate Programme is between June 2, 2008-June 20, 2008.

  First of all, please choose one of the languages (Turkish, English, German and French) on the Anadolu University 2008 Summer Term Turkish Language Certificate Programme Application Process page.

  Click on the Register link, type your personal information, and then click on the Save button.

  The participants must have a personal valid e-mail address and a scanned passport size picture in .jpg format to be able to register. A valid e-mail address must be given in this section. Since your password and username information will be sent, you must give a valid e-mail address. It is participants’ responsibility if problems occur because of their full inbox or invalid e-mail address.

Warning: The photo should be from frontal size and taken within the last 6 months without a headscarf. The participants’ registration who has added photos that doesn’t fit to these rules will not be accepted.

The participants can register only in one Turkish Language Certificate programme. The participants can not change their personal information during the certificate programme.

• 3. Step: Logging in as a registered user

  A username and password will be sent to your e-mail after your personal information is successfully saved into the system. You can continue the registration process after re-logging in the system from the Registered User section.

  When you access the system, you can update the information in the Registration Information page or take the 3rd step to pay the tuition fee.

• 4. Step: Paying the Tuition Fee for Turkish Language Certificate Programme

  Tuition fee for the Turkish Language Certificate Programme is 200 Euro for the Summer Term. You can pay for the Turkish Language Certificate Programme fee in two different ways as Swift or Credit Card. You can follow the steps below depending on your payment choice.
  
  Please do not forget to give your name, surname and e-mail information while paying! Since the information for your payment will reach us with your name, surname and e-mail, the payment of the participants with incorrect or missing information will be rejected.

Warning: During the application process the tuition fee you have paid will not be paid back to you or this process will not be taken back. You can question your payment information by sending e-mail to tsp@anadolu.edu.tr e-mail address in case you are not sure that you have paid because of a problem in the web-page. Do not pay for the second time before you checking this information.

Tuition fee must be paid not later than June 18,2008 because we are informed whether the tuition fee has reached or not to the Anadolu University account in two days.

Information: ERASMUS and ECW-ERASMUS Mundus students will not pay for the tuition fee. After approving their personal information they will be directed to Report phase.

• 5. Step: Getting Registration Report

  After completing the payment process, you can see your personal information in the Report section.

  The registration of the participants will be complete after the Internet application and payment information is examined. An e-mail will be sent to inform the students whose registration has been completed.

Warning: ERASMUS and ECW-ERASMUS Mundus students must fill in the Erasmus Form and send it to tsp@anadolu.edu.tr. The registration will not be approved for the participants who do not send the form. Click here to see the form.

The participants must visit www.tsp.anadolu.edu.tr AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK during the education period!
