The tuition fee is paid back to the candidates who have not accepted for the programme. As for the ones who give up for any reason after being accepted for the programme, the tuition fee will not be paid back to them.

For the students who have registered in the Turkish Language Certificate Programme the password information that will allow them to conduct electronic operations such as accessing e-learning contents, registering and taking examinations will be sent to the students’ e-mail addresses and a log-in account of Turkish Certificate Programme will be created.
The students who have registered for the Turkish Language Certificate Programme can study for the certificate exams by using the Course, Exercises, Assignment, T.V. Programmes, Book, Self Test and Synchronous or Asynchronous Facilitation which are offered in an internet based environment.

When you log-in the Turkish Language Certificate e-learning Portal, you can access Synchronous and Asynchronous Facilitation services below the Facilitation module.
The Synchronous and Asynchronous Facilitation Services will be run by a facilitator who will be appointed for you. The Synchronous Facilitation Service will be offered for one hour, twice a week. You can interact with your facilitator between the time intervals. The Asynchronous Facilitation Service will be offered via e-mail. It is important for you to use facilitation services so that you can improve your writing and speaking skills. The contribution of usage of facilitation to your total grade is 30% as Synchronous 15% and Asynchronous 15%.

You can use your password to see your application form in pdf format, to login the Turkish Language Certificate Programme Portal and access the e-learning content, and to see your accomplishment document. Your password will be sent to your e-mail address again in case you forget it.

The exams of the Turkish Language Certificate Programme will be made in two phases as written and oral. Oral exam will be taken on the day and hour which is in the time interval of Academic Calendar determined by the facilitators and the written exam be carried out via the Internet, on the date and hour which is stated in the Academic Calendar.

The Education Service will be offered via the Internet for 12 weeks.

Students will be considered successful when they receive 70 points over 100 from the activities determined in evaluation criteria. Record of Success that shows the success degree of the student will be published on the Internet at the end of the programme. The students who gain at least 70 points over 100 will have the right to receive the certificate. The certificates will be sent to the students beginning from the date stated in the Academic Calendar.
